NEC Associates consistently secure solid margins; in some cases, two to three times higher than those associated with some competitive solutions. NEC Associates have easy access to online and in-person training as well as expert sales and technical support to get you up to speed fast. The majority of training is free, with limited investment cost involved in the on-boarding process.

Recognition/Accelerator Program – rewards channel partners with rebates, discounts, special recognition and marketing incentives for those NEC Associates who achieve specified sales, training and performance criteria. Program members are awarded the Diamond, Double Diamond and Triple Diamond status, depending on their performance level.

Co-op Marketing Program – designed to help channel partners grow their business via joint marketing of NEC solutions through co-branded collateral, e-mail campaigns, press releases, event collaboration, joint advertising and more.

A vertical-based approach is one of NEC’s key strengths in the enterprise communications market. NEC has a strong customer base in specialized verticals (healthcare, hospitality, government, manufacturing and education) and offers a wide variety of applications that specifically address their unique needs. In the midst of the current economic downturn, government and healthcare budgets have not seen as great negative impact as many other organizations, and these segments have continued their spending. NEC’s vertical-based approach and our strong presence in those verticals less affected by the recession has enabled 15%-20% of our dealers that are focused on these specific industries to be successful.
