LASC Msgr is a tool to enable communication between NEC Partners / Companies and LASC people allowing faster and easily communication through notifications specific to mobile platforms and web site

Features:

• Recents Tab:

  Once the user has been validated, the site is redirected to the Recent Tab where the conversations that have not been read are displayed, where they are displayed:

   

  Group Conversations. Image of the group, Name of the Group, Last person who sent a message, Previous text of the last received message, Time or Date of the last received message, Number of unread messages.

   

  Conversations of Contacts. Contact Image, Contact Name, Contact Status, Previous text of the last received message, Time or Date of the last received message, Number of unread messages.

  

   

• ALL Tab:

  This TAB shows all available user conversations (Contacts, Groups and Projects)

   

  On This TAB the user can search and filter the conversations by Contacts and Groups, using the dynamic search:

   

  

   

• Favorites Tab:

  This TAB shows Contacts and Groups marked as Favorites

   

  Users can assign favorites by clicking on the star in the conversation:

   

  

   

• Groups Tab:

  This TAB shows all Assigned Groups that you can write and send messages

   

  

   

• Projects Tab:

  This TAB Shows first 20 elements that actually shows on Post Messages List
  Show “Customer (20 characters)- Site (12 characters)” data as a Row on LASC Msgr and “Ticket Ref – Date Modified” as a Sub Row.
